Mary Tan Yan
Mary is the co founder and Managing Director of MYLIVING Luxury Property Consultants and is born in Mauritius.Her higher education was in UK, Germany in management and accountancy and in design. She is an entrepreneur and founded many companies in fashion, travel,interior,wellness field before entering in the property consultancy. Since her early twenties even while doing her accountancy studies in London she was very much in buying and renovating properties, very conversant in financing her property acquisitions and marketing and selling them. Buying and selling of properties became a passion for Mary since she has been back in Mauritius.Her extensive knowledge with the property market and local contacts with the professionals in this field is an asset for the quality of her consultancy services to her clients. Having lived in Uk , Germany, Austria and travelling often in Asia ,Mary has a wide knowledge in international property market as well.
Andreas Rhomberg
Andreas Rhomberg is the co-founder and Finance, Planning & Strategy Director of MYLIVING Luxury Property Consultants and is born in Austria but has been living in Mauritius for more than 10 years. Andreas has been working in the banking sector in Austria before coming to Mauritius to set up an offshore company in finance trading for an Austrian Fund where he worked for about 8 years. Afterwards because of the high quality of life in Mauritius he decided to make Mauritius his permanent home and invested in Mauritius and in parallel in property acquisitions, sales development and leasing in Austria namely Innsbruck and Vienna. He has a wide knowledge in finance trading and property financing. His wide network of professionals and investors in Austria, Germany and other European countries and his expertise in property makes him an asset for MYLIVING Luxury property consultancy work. Andreas speaks German and English.
